SKS Helps the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with a New Community of Practice

SKS’s Mike Prevou spent last week consulting with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to teach their Knowledge Management practitioners how to align KM activities with organizational objectives, change management practices, and strategic communication to develop an effective new Community of Practice.

SKS has been working closely with the USACE since 2014 to help develop a lessons learned and best practice program, along with processes to identify and validate expertise and enhance communities of practice.
