When was the last time your organization saved $30 million dollars sharing what it knows? That may be a drop in the bucket for an effective lessons learned program like the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is building.
Earlier this month, SKS continued to provide support for the USACE Knowledge Management (KM) Campaign Plan. During a workshop in Cincinnati, Ohio, SKS helped the Corps map out the current local approaches to how USACE organizations capture and share lessons learned. They also worked through metrics that demonstrate the value of each lesson learned and lesson applied.
The outcome of this workshop will help create an enterprise lessons learned program that will save time, money, and improve quality across USACE.
