SKS Finishes Army Corps of Engineers KM Study

What we found were big changes in the way the Army is resourcing and approaching KM…and not all changes were for the better. Our report examined 12 specific areas ranging from KM strategy, to implementation of KM initiatives, to KM training. Through a series of surveys and one-on-one interviews, SKS was able to piece together who is doing what regarding KM, and where the best practices reside in such a large and diverse organization. This report will be the highlight of a joint presentation at the annual KMWorld Conference in November by Mike Prevou and a representative from the Corps of Engineers.
