June 25, 2012—Mike Prevou, SKS Chief of Knowledge Strategies & Innovation, recently spoke at the Canadian Health Information Management Association Conference in Toronto Canada and the Western University Ivey School of Business conference on “Collaboration: Living Together, Working Together, Achieving Together.”
Mike introduced the high performing team development approach called “Teams of Leaders” and conducted a mini workshop to demonstrate its potential. The Teams of Leaders approach has been used by the U.S. Military, The Michigan Public Health department, University Medical Research teams and defense contractors to rapidly build and effectively employ cross-boundary teams that are highly competent in making and executing decisions and in learning and adapting together.
